These Terms & Conditions apply to all patients attending The London Road Chiropractic Clinic (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and to use of our website.
2. Appointments & Booking
Appointments are required. We do not accept walk-in appointments.
Appointments may be booked online or by telephone.
Occasionally, last-minute availability may arise; patients are advised to telephone the clinic to enquire.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue treatment where clinically appropriate, for safety reasons, or in cases of non-payment or inappropriate behaviour.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are displayed on our website and are available on request.
Accepted payment methods are card and cash.
Online bookings
Online bookings require payment at the time of booking.
Telephone bookings
Payment is taken after the appointment, except for new patient appointments, which require a £20 deposit at the time of booking.
4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Expiry dates may be extended at the Clinic’s discretion.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellation & Non-Attendance
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or failure to attend an appointment (“Did Not Attend”) may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
Waiving of cancellation or non-attendance fees is entirely at the Clinic’s discretion.
6. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we will endeavour to see you where possible, however:
Your appointment time may be reduced, or
You may be required to wait, or
Your appointment may need to be rescheduled
Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and full fees may still apply.
7. Clinical Care & Consent
All patients receive appropriate clinical explanations, risk information, and informed consent prior to treatment.
We treat adults and children.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to provide written consent.
Treatments offered include chiropractic care, shockwave therapy, and associated manual and rehabilitative therapies.
Our chiropractors are trained to treat patients throughout pregnancy, where clinically appropriate.
8. Treatment Outcomes
Chiropractic care outcomes vary between individuals.
No guarantees are made regarding results or outcomes.
Improvement depends on individual circumstances, clinical findings, and adherence to recommended care.
9. Imaging, Referrals & Third-Party Services
We do not take x-rays on site.
Where clinically necessary, patients may be referred to third-party providers.
Any fees for third-party services are paid directly by the patient to that provider.
10. Insurance & Reports
We are a private clinic and do not provide NHS treatment.
Patients are responsible for payment of treatment fees regardless of insurance status.
Many insurers allow patients to reclaim costs themselves after payment.
We accept Bupa patients.
We do not accept AXA patients.
Medico-legal or insurance reports can be provided at an additional cost, which will be agreed in advance.
11. Communications
We communicate with patients via email and telephone.
Appointment reminder text messages are sent via our booking system (JaneApp) only where patients have opted in.
We do not send marketing communications unless explicit consent has been given.
12. Behaviour & Zero-Tolerance Policy
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards:
Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour
Harassment of staff or other patients
Unsafe or inappropriate conduct
Such behaviour may result in immediate termination of care and removal from the clinic.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
