If something concerns you, we want to know so we can address it and improve our service.
Raising a concern or complaint will not affect your care in any way.
How to Raise a Concern
Step 1: Talk to Us
If possible, please raise your concern as soon as you can.
You can:
Speak directly to your chiropractor
Speak to a member of the clinic team
Contact the clinic by phone or email
Many concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.
Making a Formal Complaint

If you need help making a complaint, we will support you.
What Happens Next
Step 3: Our Response
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
Your complaint will be reviewed fairly and carefully
We will usually provide a written response within 20 working days
If more time is needed, we will keep you informed
Where appropriate, we will apologise, explain what has happened, and outline any actions taken or planned.
If You Are Not Satisfied
Step 4: Further Review
If you are unhappy with our response, you may ask for the complaint to be reviewed again by a senior clinician or practice partner not previously involved.
You also have the right to contact the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) if your concern relates to a chiropractor’s:
